Fees

Limited Companies:

• Fixed monthly fee

A fixed monthly fee is agreed at the start of the financial year and covers all of your required services. This provides clarity and certainty around your accountancy costs, with no changes to your fee during the financial year.  

Your fee will not increase within the financial year 06-Apr to 05-Apr of the next year.

• Tailored fee

Your fixed monthly fee can be tailored to suit the specific needs of your business. You can choose the services you require, with guidance provided on any regulatory returns that must be completed. A tailored package and fee will then be agreed to ensure value while meeting your business obligations. 

• Payment Terms

Invoices are issued at the beginning of each calendar month and are payable within 14 days. 

• Annual Review

            Your services and fees are reviewed annually and agreed for the upcoming financial year. Services can be added or removed either during              the annual review or as your business needs change.

Please note that monthly fixed fees may increase annually due to inflation. 

Sole Traders:

• Fixed monthly fee, or Self-Assessment fee only

You can choose either a fixed monthly fee or a one-off fee for Self Assessment only.

If you choose the fixed monthly fee, this will include your ongoing bookkeeping and accountancy support. The fee is agreed at the start of the financial year and will not increase during that period (6 April to 5 April).

If you only require a Self Assessment tax return, a fixed fee will be agreed and charged per return.

• Payment Terms

Self-Assessment & Bookkeeping (Monthly Service):

Invoices are issued at the beginning of each calendar month and are payable within 14 days.
      Alternatively, a bookkeeping fee and Self Assessment fee can be agreed and invoiced when the return is due.

Self-Assessment fee only:

Invoices are issued on completion of the Self Assessment return and are payable within 14 days.

A range of accounting software options are available, varying in cost and functionality. If you already use a particular software package or have a preferred option, this can be incorporated into your service package and included within your fixed monthly fee.
